Pricing

Simple, honest pricing.

One subscription. No setup fees. No transaction fees. No long-term contracts. The price reflects the value we create — not the hours we spend.

Early pilot pricing

Founding farms get more.

The first cohort of farms works directly with the Cultivene team — weekly check-ins, hands-on support, and a direct line to shape the platform. In exchange, we ask for honest feedback and a willingness to build alongside us.

Pilot pricing is locked in for the life of your subscription.

Common questions

Answered honestly.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Cultivene is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. We believe the value should be obvious enough that you want to stay.

Are there transaction fees on ticket sales?

No. We don't take a cut of your event revenue. Your ticketing platform may charge a small processing fee, but Cultivene does not.

What does 'farmer approves everything' mean in practice?

It means nothing goes out — no vendor contact, no marketing copy, no event listing — without your explicit sign-off. You're always in control. We do the work; you make the decisions.

What if my farm is in a state with strict agritourism regulations?

We research the specific compliance requirements for your state and county as part of the experience planning process. We'll tell you exactly what permits or licenses you may need and guide you through the process.

How quickly can we launch a first event?

Most farms can launch their first experience within 8–12 weeks of onboarding, depending on the experience type and local vendor availability. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your first call.

Is this right for a farm that has never hosted events before?

Yes — that's exactly who we built this for. We work best with farms that want to host experiences but haven't had the time, expertise, or vendor relationships to make it happen.
